Learn facilitation

Restorative Conference and Dialogue facilitation is one way to contribute as a volunteer, and for some, as a staff, to RJIM's efforts to facilitate transformational conversations that build justice, connection, equity and healing after a harmful act and/or involvement in the criminal justice system.

We work to transform juvenile justice, adult justice and community justice systems by facilitating a process that centers the voices of people most impacted by the incident.

When you enter our facilitator development process, not only do you gain skills and insights that you can apply to your personal and professional life, but you gain a community of practice and friendships with change-makers from many backgrounds and all parts of the state!
